About this project
Successful outreach starts with having the right contacts, and that is exactly what this project was built around. The client needed verified, decision-maker-level contact databases to support both business development and educational outreach efforts. On one side, they required accurate details for high-level professionals including CEOs, Founders, and Directors across targeted industries. On the other, they needed a highly specific list of middle school PE teachers and basketball coaches across Sarasota and Manatee County to drive community-focused partnerships. Without clean, targeted data, their outreach efforts would have been scattered and largely ineffective.

How We Did This
NexCraft took a structured, research-driven approach to tackling both sides of this project. Each contact was individually researched and verified, ensuring that names, titles, emails, and relevant details met a 95% or higher accuracy standard before being added to the final database. All data was compiled and organized in Google Sheets and Excel for easy use and ongoing management. For the educational outreach component, we identified the right individuals by geography and role, then supported the client in managing outreach using their existing templates. Every decision made throughout this process was guided by one priority: putting the right information in front of the client so their outreach could move with confidence and purpose.
