This project involved taking full ownership of CRM management and outbound email marketing for a client operating across the Health and Wellness and SaaS sectors. The client needed a reliable system that could handle everything from sourcing leads to running automated email sequences, without things slipping through the cracks. The challenge was building and maintaining a pipeline that stayed organized, moved efficiently, and consistently delivered the right message to the right prospects at the right time.

How We Did This
